I have done, yes. It's not something I watch avidly but, when I stumble across it, I find it enjoyable. I couldn't tell you the names of any of the characters, though---just in case you're planning any follow-up questions. For some reason, when it first appeared on TV, I thought it was pronounced "Thrown-ez". I have no idea why.

No idea. I flick round channels, occasionally land on Game of Thrones, watch for 20 minutes and then move on. I know that there are dragons and naked lady bits on show.
